 Late Check In          - Outside general reception hours we offer a late check-in service via our onsite manager. When making your booking let us know by email or call us1300 624 788 to arrange this service. 

Cancellation policy  - minimum of 48 hours notice prior to arrival. If outside 48 hours the first nights accommodation will be charged. There are no refunds for early departure. (exceptions may apply)

Credit Card Fees - A 3% Fee is applicable to Diners and American Express Credit Card
